The Macnaught K45 LEVERGUN 450g is a lever-action hand grease gun for high-pressure, high-volume greasing. It takes 450g cartridges, or you can fill it from bulk grease using a J3 transfer pump. It comes with a rigid 150mm (6") high-pressure extension and a KY SUPERGRIP 3-jaw coupler for a no-leak connection (manufacturer-stated).
The long lever handle builds pressure up to 82,750 kPa (12,000 psi), which is what you want for clearing blocked or damaged grease nipples. Each shot is up to 1.5g. It handles grease up to NLGI 2. NLGI 2 is the common general-purpose grease grade. A LEVERGUN has a long lever handle that builds high pressure, so it is the one to reach for when a nipple is blocked or damaged. A FLEXIGUN is easier to use one-handed for everyday greasing and has a flexible extension. The LEVERGUN delivers more grease per shot (up to 1.5g against 0.68g) and a higher pressure (up to 82,750 kPa against 68,900 kPa) (manufacturer-stated).
