Macnaught R1000-1K Major Service Kit, R1000 Oil Pump

The Macnaught R1000-1K is the major service kit for the R1000 air-operated oil pump (10:1 ratio). It is the bigger of the two kits for this pump.

It suits R-Series air operated oil pumps, 10:1 ratio, drum or stub. If you only need new seals, the R1000-2K seal kit is the smaller option.

Where this product is used

• Full service of an air-operated R1000 oil pump
• Fixing air or oil leaks on a worn R1000 pump
• Workshop and fleet oil dispensing where the pump runs daily

Features

• Major service kit for the R1000 air-operated oil pump (10:1 ratio)
• Adds heavier parts that the seal kit leaves out, such as the oil seal carrier, piston, connecting rod, piston rod bolt and spacers
• Also holds the seals, O-rings, springs and pins that are in the R1000 seal kit
• It suits drum or stub versions of the pump
• Macnaught maximum air inlet pressure for these pumps is 1035 kPa / 150 psi / 10.3 bar
• Disconnect the air supply and release the oil line pressure before any service
