AAP NPT screwed flange, 1/2"

This AAP NPT screwed flange is made from carbon steel to ANSI B16.5 Class 150. It is supplied in 9 sizes from 1/2" (15mm) to 4" (100mm). A screwed flange is threaded to suit NPT threaded pipe, so it can be fitted without welding. Forged steel flanges are commonly specified in the oil, gas, petrochemical and mining sectors, where pressure, temperature and safety considerations are higher. They are hot forged and then machined.

A105 forgings are not recommended for prolonged use above 427 °C.

Choosing the right option

Check the thread on your pipe or fitting before ordering: this flange is NPT. Match the standard and table or class to the mating flange and compare the drilling dimensions, because flanges made to different standards are not interchangeable. Gaskets and bolting are not included.
