The Stahlwille 20a/10 is an imperial ring spanner set of 10 pieces from 1/4 x 5/16" to 7/8 x 15/16" across flats. Each spanner is double-ended with a different size at each end and a 12-point ring, deeply offset at 75 degrees. The set is supplied in a carton.
The set contains the 1/4 x 5/16", 3/8 x 7/16", 1/2 x 9/16", 9/16 x 5/8", 19/32 x 11/16", 5/8 x 3/4", 11/16 x 13/16", 3/4 x 7/8", 25/32 x 13/16" and 7/8 x 15/16" spanners. They are the individually sold Stahlwille 20a spanners, listed with their item numbers and lengths below, so a worn or missing size can be replaced from the range. The 19/32 x 11/16" spanner is not currently listed on the 20a range page. The ring has the Stahlwille Anti-Slip-Drive (AS-Drive) profile, which Stahlwille says puts the force on the flanks of the bolt or nut rather than the corners. The spanners are Chrome Alloy Steel, chrome-plated. Stahlwille states the spanners are drop-forged, hardened and cooled in an oil bath, with a double-T profile for bending strength, a round finish for grip and thin-walled rings for hard-to-reach fastening points.
