Sutton D618T0600 6mm Diamond Core Bit 3 Pack - Trade Pack, Wet/Dry, 10mm Hex Shank

The Sutton D618 T 0600 (D618T0600) is a trade pack of three 6 mm wet/dry diamond core drill bits with 10 mm hex shanks. They are used for drilling porcelain, ceramic, terracotta, marble and other tiles, wet or dry.

The special wax filled core is designed to aid cooling and give a cleaner job site, the vacuum brazed #40 diamond grit tip is designed for thermal and mechanical strength, and the 10 mm hex shank is designed for positive grip, preventing slippage in chucks. The bits can be used wet or dry: wet usage prolongs life and reduces dust.

Using the core bits

• Mark the hole position and, for a more accurate start, hold the bit in a Sutton diamond core guide.
• Use wet where possible: wet usage prolongs life and reduces dust. Dry use is possible.
• Run the drill without the hammer action and let the diamond do the cutting.
