The Sutton B201 is a double cut, cylindrical radius end carbide burr with a solid carbide (VHM) head and bright finish, supplied with 1/4" (6.35 mm) shanks on 9 sizes and 1/8" (3.2 mm) shanks on the 3 smallest.
The double cut (chisel tooth) pattern is for rapid stock removal in the harder materials. The chisel tooth pattern is designed to minimise tool chatter and reduce the chip to a granular shape in most materials.

Fit it to a die grinder or other high-speed rotary tool with a collet that matches the shank, and keep to the recommended speeds for the head diameter shown below.
Where this burr is used
- Side grinding and shaping, where the radiused end helps the burr avoid digging into the workpiece
- Contouring and blending flat and curved surfaces
- Deburring machined edges and removing weld spatter and flash
