Sutton H103 QFX2 Quick Fit Holesaw Arbor - Suits 14-152 mm - 1/2 and 5/8 UNF

The Sutton H103 Quick Fit arbor is a heavy duty holesaw arbor in two versions: the QFX for 32 to 152 mm holesaws (5/8 in UNF) and the QFX2 for 14 to 152 mm holesaws, with a tandem thread (1/2 in and 5/8 in UNF). Both have a 7/16 in hex shank for a 13 mm chuck.

The spring clutch drive pins are designed for a stronger torque and driving action, and assist in quick location and fitment of the Sutton holesaw range. The power groove shank is for use with Sutton extension shanks, and the rubber grip offers improved handling. The QFX2 tandem thread fits 14 to 30 mm holesaws for enlarging existing holes.

Choose the arbor by the holesaw size range and thread.

Using the product

• Match the arbor thread (1/2 in UNF or 5/8 in UNF) to the holesaw before fitting.
• Fit the pilot drill so it protrudes beyond the holesaw teeth, to set the centre of the hole.
• Check the chuck is tight and the arbor is running true before starting the cut.
• Start at a low speed and keep the drill square to the work. Use cutting fluid when cutting steel.
