Sutton H115 DA01 Arbor for Diamond Holesaws 19 to 30 mm - 1/2 UNF Thread

The Sutton H115 diamond holesaw arbors are DA01, for 19 to 30 mm holesaws, and DA02, for 32 to 152 mm holesaws. They carry the diamond grit holesaws, which have a 25 mm cutting depth and are designed to cut ceramic and porcelain tiles, marble and soft stone, fibre cement and fibreglass, hard plastics and plexiglass.

Each arbor has the international thread standard, so it also takes standard holesaws with the same thread. DA01 has a 10 mm chuck size, a 1/2 UNF thread and an 11/32 in shank. DA02 has a 13 mm chuck size, a 5/8 UNF thread and a 7/16 in shank. The TCT pilot drill is a separate item: PD01 for DA01 and PD02 for DA02.

Using the arbors

• Match the arbor to the holesaw thread: DA01 for 1/2 UNF, DA02 for 5/8 UNF.
• Fit the matching TCT pilot drill before drilling, and cut with a constant flood of water.
• Check the shank runs true in the chuck.
