Sutton H115 PD01 TCT Pilot Drill 8 x 63mm for Diamond Holesaws 19 to 30 mm

The Sutton H115 PD01 and PD02 are 8 mm tungsten carbide tipped (TCT) pilot drills for diamond grit holesaws, for glass, tile and laminate. PD01 is 63 mm long and suits the DA01 arbor (19 to 30 mm holesaws). PD02 is 69 mm long and suits the DA02 arbor (32 to 152 mm holesaws).

A TCT pilot drill is used to start the hole and locate the diamond holesaw in the centre. Fit the pilot that matches the arbor, and cut with a constant flood of water when the holesaw is working.

• Locating and starting a hole in tile, glass and laminate for an H115 diamond holesaw.
• PD01 with the DA01 arbor for 19 to 30 mm holesaws, PD02 with the DA02 arbor for 32 mm and larger.
