Sutton H6010360 36mm EzyGrind Replacement Diamond Blade, 2 Piece

The Sutton H601 is a replacement diamond blade for the EzyGrind internal pipe cutter, which cuts PVC and HDPE pipes from 40 to 150 mm from the inside at or below floor level. It is available for the 36 mm and 80 mm cutters, and each item contains 2 blades.

The diamond coating is designed for smooth cutting in abrasive materials, and the blade is replaceable so the EzyGrind body, 7 mm hex shank and cutting guides stay in service. Match the blade size to your cutter: the 36 mm blade fits the H600 0360 cutter and the 80 mm blade fits the H600 0800 cutter.

Using the EzyGrind

• Insert the EzyGrind inside the PVC or HDPE pipe and begin cutting by pushing firmly against the pipe wall until it cuts through.
• Operate the drill in a clockwise direction and maintain outward pressure.
• Keep the drill parallel to the pipe for a clean cut.
• Do not operate in excess of 2,500 rpm.
• Make sure the back side of the material being cut is clear of wires, cables, pipes and other objects that might cause hazards.
• Use the white cutting guide for standard PVC and the black guide for HDPE pipe, to control cutting depth.
