Sutton H6000360 36mm EzyGrind Internal Pipe Cutter for PVC and HDPE Pipe

The Sutton H600 EzyGrind is an internal pipe cutter for PVC and HDPE pipes from 40 to 150 mm. It is designed to cut at or below floor level by going inside the pipe and cutting from the inside with a power drill, and is especially suited to concrete slab construction and difficult-to-access areas. It comes in 36 mm and 80 mm sizes.

A replaceable diamond blade gives a clean, professional finish in one cutting action. The 7 mm hex shank fits all drill chucks, and each cutter includes two cutting guides for controlled cutting depth: white for standard PVC and black for HDPE pipes.

Using the EzyGrind

• Insert the EzyGrind inside the PVC or HDPE pipe and begin cutting by pushing firmly against the pipe wall until it cuts through.
• Operate the drill in a clockwise direction and maintain outward pressure.
• Keep the drill parallel to the pipe for a clean cut.
• Do not operate in excess of 2,500 rpm.
• Make sure the back side of the material being cut is clear of wires, cables, pipes and other objects that might cause hazards.
• Use the white cutting guide for standard PVC and the black guide for HDPE pipe, to control cutting depth.
