Sutton M801 0013 Keyless Drill Chuck and SDS Plus Adaptor - 2 to 13mm

The Sutton M801 0013 is a keyless drill chuck with an SDS Plus adaptor shank. It converts a rotary hammer drill so it takes regular (non-SDS) drill bits, with a clamping range of 2 to 13 mm (1/16 to 1/2 in).

The knurled finish gives better grip when tightening and releasing the clamp, and no key is needed. The SDS Plus shank suits most SDS Plus rotary hammer drills, so check your tool takes a standard SDS Plus shank before ordering.

Where this product is used

• Using regular round-shank drill bits, from 2 to 13 mm, in an SDS Plus rotary hammer drill.
• Switching a rotary hammer between SDS Plus masonry drilling and drilling with standard drill bits, without a second drill.

Using the chuck

• Select the rotary-only mode (hammer action off) on the rotary hammer when drilling with regular drill bits.
• Tighten the chuck by hand around the bit shank and check the bit runs true before drilling.
• Use drill bits within the 2 to 13 mm clamping range.
