Sutton Z104RX30 Tapmatic Rx30 Tap Holder for Manual Machines - M1.4-M6

The Sutton Z104 Tapmatic Tap Holder is a self-reversing tap holder for manually operated drilling and milling machines. It is made in three sizes: the Rx30 (M1.4 to M6), the Rx50 (M3 to M12) and the Rx70 (M5 to M18). The Rx30 and Rx50 mount on a #6 JT and the Rx70 mounts on a #3 JT.

The holder is designed for increased production, with a 1.75 x 1 increased reverse speed, a heavy-duty ball clutch, a re-entry cushion that eliminates cross threading and a pre-selective torque drive that prevents tap breakage. Self-feed ensures gauge perfect threads.

Rubberflex collets hold the tap: Z115 collets for the Rx30, Z116 collets for the Rx50 and Z117 collets for the Rx70. To fit the holder to a machine, use a Z131 Morse taper arbor that matches the JT size and a Z134 quill clamp where the machine needs one.
