This AAP 45 degree elbow with one male and one female thread is grade 316 stainless steel with BSP threads. It is supplied in 6 sizes, 1/2 in (15 mm) to 2 in (50 mm).
A 45 degree elbow changes the direction of a pipe run by 45 degrees. This one has a male thread at one end and a female thread at the other, so it screws straight into a fitting without a nipple. A and B are the two centre to end dimensions.
AAP makes its 150 lb stainless steel fittings from grade 316 stainless steel and says 150 lb refers to a maximum working pressure and temperature of 150 psi saturated steam, about 1,034 kPa (manufacturer-stated). AAP gives the grade as 316/316L in its chemical composition table and lists marine, pumping, commercial, chemical and irrigation applications for the range.

Selecting the right option
Choose the size to match your pipe threads, and check the thread gender at each end against the fitting it joins. AAP does not say which of the two centre to end dimensions belongs to the male end, so ask AIMS if that matters for your fit.
