Threads are cut to AS 1722.1 / BS 21 (BSP taper), the standard Australian pipe thread. As a galvanised steel pipe fittings in the AAP range, it pairs cleanly with the rest of the galvanised steel pipe fitting line. Larger-size variant: 1-1/2" x 1/2" reducing tee for general galvanised pipework.
