This AAP stainless steel ball valve is a 2-piece full bore valve with a 316 stainless steel lever with a locking device. It is supplied in 10 sizes from 1/4 in (8 mm) to 3 in (80 mm).
A ball valve turns a ball with a hole through it between sealing seats. When the lever or handle is in line with the pipe the hole lines up with the flow and the valve is open, and a quarter turn closes it. AAP notes that the handle sits in line with the port, so it shows the valve position.
AAP gives a maximum working temperature of 180 degrees C and a cold working pressure of 6,895 kPa (68.95 bar), with a body in CF8M, a 316 stainless steel ball and stem, and a PTFE (Teflon) seat (manufacturer-stated). It suits air, water and hot or cold corrosive fluids in harsh environments, per the manufacturer.
A full bore valve has a port the same size as the pipe, so it passes flow with little restriction. The 2-piece body makes it a compact, economical choice.

Choose the size to match your pipe thread. The 2-piece valve suits fixed pipework, while the 3-piece valve has a body that can be taken apart for servicing in the line.
