Colson 125 x 162mm Direction Lock Bolt Hole Castor P6 (Avant) - Rubber | P61DP74K125

The Colson P6 (Avant) direction lock bolt hole castor has a 125 mm rubber wheel and a 162 mm working height, and is rated for 100 kg. The body is glass-filled nylon, and the wheel runs on a sealed precision ball bearing raceway with full thread guards to keep out entangling debris.

The QuikStart wheel is 70A durometer, quiet and non-marking, which suits medical, hospital and institutional equipment. The direction lock holds the castor straight so the equipment tracks in a line.

Key specifications

Selecting the right option

The P6 (Avant) series comes in swivel, total lock and direction lock versions. Pick the lock type to suit how the equipment is moved and parked, and fit a mix of locking and free-swivelling castors where the equipment needs to be steered. Check the castor against the load on each castor, not the total load, and allow for uneven floors and shock loads. If you are unsure which castor suits your equipment, contact AIMS with the equipment and the load.
