14-H-100TL H100 Taper Lock Timing Pulley, 14 Teeth, 1108 Bush
Available
H100 taper lock timing pulleys for H section imperial timing belts. H belts have a pitch of 1/2 in (12.7 mm), and the 100 in the H100 code is the belt width, 1 in. The range covers 26 models from 14 to 120 teeth.
Each pulley has a tapered bore that takes a taper lock bush. The bush is machined to your shaft size and keyway, and it clamps the pulley to the shaft when its screws are tightened. Bushes are listed separately on AIMS. The bush series and maximum bore for each model are listed below.
The pulleys are made in steel for 14 to 48 teeth and grey cast iron for 60 to 120 teeth.

Selecting and fitting
Choose the pulley by belt section (H), belt width (1 in) and number of teeth. Divide the driven teeth by the driver teeth to find the speed ratio. Both pulleys on a drive must have the same tooth pitch as the belt.
Then choose the bush. The bush series in the table is the series that fits that pulley, and the maximum bore is the largest shaft that bush takes. Order a bush of that series with the bore and keyway you need: see the metric cast iron taper lock bushes or imperial cast iron taper lock bushes, or the metric steel taper lock bushes or imperial steel taper lock bushes.
Fit the bush in the pulley hub, slide the assembly onto the shaft and align the pulley with its mating pulley. Tighten the bush screws evenly to the bush manufacturer's torque. Check the two pulleys are in line with a straight edge before fitting the belt.
Fit the belt by moving the shafts closer together, not by levering it over the flanges or teeth. Set the belt tension to the belt maker's recommendation and check it again after a few hours of running.
Dimensions are as listed for each model and are for reference. Contact AIMS to confirm a measurement if it is critical to your application.
