LOCTITE 406 is a low-viscosity instant adhesive designed for fast bonding of plastics and rubbers. Fixes components in seconds, forming an ultra-thin bond. Using Loctite SF 770 primer, difficult-to-bond materials (PP, PE, PTFE) can be assembled. Fixture time, steel: 30 s. Gap fill: 0.12 mm. Shear strength, mild steel: 15.5 N/mm2 (2250 psi). Viscosity: 20 mPa·s. Operating temperature: -40 to +120°C. Colour: Clear. Cure type: Moisture cure.
