The Sutton B900SCB100 is a 5 piece carbide burr set in an ABS case, holding cylindrical square end, cylindrical radius end, ball shape and tree shape radius end double cut burrs, plus one aluminium cut burr (SC1AC). All five burrs have a solid carbide (VHM) head, bright finish and 1/4" (6.35 mm) shank, and are the same burrs as the individual items listed in the table below.
The double cut burrs are for rapid stock removal in the harder materials; the chisel tooth pattern is designed to minimise tool chatter and reduce the chip to a granular shape in most materials. The aluminium cut burr is for soft materials such as aluminium, brass, copper and plastics that would normally load other cuts.
Fit the burrs to a die grinder or other high-speed rotary tool with a 1/4" collet, and keep to the recommended speeds for each head diameter.

- Grinding, shaping, deburring and weld cleanup on steel and stainless steel with the double cut burrs
- Working into corners, along edges and into pockets with the different head shapes in the set
- Cleaning up and shaping soft materials with the aluminium cut burr
