Sutton H108 0005 TCT Pro (Short) Holesaw Set - 5 Holesaws 16-40mm

The Sutton H108 0005 is a five piece TCT Pro (Short) holesaw set with 16, 20, 25, 32 and 40 mm holesaws, with anti-shear arbors and a 4 mm cutting depth. It is designed to cut holes in flat sheet: steel, stainless steel, ferrous metals, aluminium, wood, chipboard, plastics and fibreglass.

Precision ground tungsten carbide teeth are designed to cut difficult and abrasive materials, and to last up to 10 times longer than standard bi-metal holesaws. The ejector spring ejects the core automatically, the safety stopper is designed to prevent breakthrough and protect the work surface, and the self-centring pilot drill is replaceable and held tightly with a grub screw. The set suits hand and stationary drilling machines.

Where this product is used

• Cutting holes in flat sheet and plate: stainless steel to 2 mm, and steel, fibreglass, chipboard, glass reinforced plastics and other abrasive materials to 4 mm.
• Hand drilling machines up to 40 mm hole diameter, with the five common sizes in one case.
• Applications include DIY, trade, automotive, electrical, plumbing, metalworking and MRO.

The set contains 5 holesaws. Item numbers are from the H108 range. The replacement pilot drill is H108 0060 (HSS 6.0 x 50 mm).

Using the holesaws

• Use cutting fluid when cutting steel and stainless steel.
• In material thicker than 2 mm, clear the chips as you cut.
• Fit the pilot drill with the grub screw before drilling.
• For deeper holes, step up to the H113 TCT Pro (Long) range with a 20 mm cutting depth.
