Our range is built around Loctite — the global benchmark for anaerobic adhesives and sealants — with Devcon and Epirez for structural and repair applications.

• Loctite Threadlockers: Loctite 222 (low-strength, removable) for small fasteners M6 and below; Loctite 243 (medium-strength, general purpose) for M6–M20 fasteners in general assembly and maintenance; Loctite 263 (high-strength, permanent) for fasteners subject to severe vibration where disassembly is not required. Select strength to match the disassembly requirement — over-specifying threadlocker strength makes future maintenance extremely difficult.
• Loctite Retaining Compounds: Loctite 638 (high-strength), Loctite 648 (high-strength, high-temperature), Loctite 660 (quick metal, for worn fits), and Loctite 620 (high-temperature retaining compound) bond cylindrical assemblies — bearings into housings, shafts into hubs, and bushes into bores — without interference fits or keys.
• Loctite Instant Adhesives (Super Glue): Loctite 401 (general purpose), Loctite 406 (for rubber and plastics), and Loctite 480 (impact-resistant, toughened) provide fast, high-strength bonding of close-fitting surfaces. Cures in seconds under ambient moisture.
• Loctite Thread Sealants: Loctite 567 (PTFE-free, medium-strength, metal pipes) and Loctite 577 (medium-strength, general purpose) seal threaded pipe joints in hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid systems against leakage. Loctite 5331 is a structural plastic pipe sealant for PVC/ABS plumbing assemblies.
• Devcon Plastic Steel Putty: Devcon Plastic Steel A Putty is a two-component steel-filled epoxy compound for rebuilding worn, corroded, or damaged metal surfaces without welding. Sets to machinable steel-hard consistency — used for shaft and bearing housing repair, corrosion filling, and pump casing rebuilds.
• Epirez Epoxy Sealer & Patch Mortar: Epirez epoxy floor sealer and epoxy patch mortar provide durable, chemical-resistant repair and coating solutions for concrete floors, sumps, bunds, and industrial surfaces.

Selecting the Right Loctite Product

• Anaerobic vs Cyanoacrylate: Anaerobic adhesives (threadlockers, retaining compounds, thread sealants) cure only in the absence of oxygen and presence of metal ions — they remain liquid in the bottle but cure when trapped between close-fitting metal surfaces. Cyanoacrylates (instant adhesives) cure on contact with moisture on any surface.
• Don’t Over-Specify Threadlocker Strength: Using high-strength Loctite 263 on fasteners that need regular removal will require significant heat (250°C+) or an impact tool to break the cure. Match threadlocker grade to required removal torque, not maximum retention.
