Choosing from the Master Lock range
- Start with the job: use safety padlocks and lockout devices for isolation, and the keyed and combination padlocks for access security.
- Valve lockouts by size: the ball valve lockouts are listed by valve size range, for example 6.35 to 25mm, 31 to 76mm, 12.7 to 50.8mm, and adjustable models from 6 or 9mm to 101mm. Measure the valve before you choose.
- Building a program: kits and stations give you a starting set, then add padlocks, hasps and devices to match your isolation points.
- Keying: safety padlocks come keyed different or in keyed alike sets of 3, 4, 6 and 10. Choose to suit your site lockout procedure.
