Choosing a grease gun
Start with how often and how far you grease. A hand lever or trigger gun suits workshop and ute use. A cordless or air-operated gun makes sense when you work through a lot of nipples every shift. Match the gun to the cartridge size you buy (400 g, 450 g or 150 g), and look at the extension or coupler as well: a flexible extension reaches nipples that a straight coupler cannot seat on. Underground versions of the Alemlube lever and trigger guns are listed separately. For cordless guns, check the battery platform before you order. Always check the data sheet for pressure, capacity and cartridge compatibility.
Safety: never point a grease gun at skin. Grease can be forced under the skin at pressure and needs urgent medical attention.

What is the difference between a lever gun and a trigger gun?
A lever gun is pumped with a handle and suits heavy-duty greasing. A trigger gun is pumped with a squeeze grip and is quicker for repetitive, one-handed work. Both types are in the range, along with pistol-grip, mini, air-operated and cordless guns.
What cartridge size do I need?
Most guns in the range are listed for 400 g or 450 g cartridges, and the pom-pom mini gun takes 150 g. Check the capacity in the product title or data sheet and match it to the cartridges you buy.
Are there cordless grease guns in the range?
