AIMS Industrial lists SY Chain roller chain in a wide spread of constructions, from standard BS and ASA chain through heavy duty series, double pitch, stainless steel, Aqua-Proof and self-lube chain. We also list matching SY connecting and offset links and AL and BL Series leaf chain. Chain is supplied in boxed lengths, mostly 10 ft, with 50 and 100 ft boxes for some sizes.

Choosing SY Chain
Start with the series and size on your existing chain (BS or ASA, and a number such as 08B or 40) and the number of strands. Then pick the construction for the environment: standard chain for general drives, the Heavy, Extra Heavy and Super Heavy series where the drive is more demanding, and stainless steel or Aqua-Proof chain where water or corrosion is a concern. Self-Lube chain is listed for drives where regular lubrication is difficult. Order the matching connecting link, and an offset link if you need an odd number of links.
Always check the data sheet. Confirm pitch, strand count, working load and suitability for your drive and environment before ordering.
