This AAP NBR non-reinforced gasket is drilled to Table E (manufacturer-stated) and is supplied in 2 sizes, 1-1/2 in (40 mm) and 2 in (50 mm), both 3 mm thick.
AAP describes it as a multi-purpose, premium-grade rubber gasket with very good resistance to petroleum-based fluids. The sheeting is 100% NBR polymer, with no fabric reinforcement.
Its listed applications are petroleum-based fluids, mineral oils and hydraulic fluids. AAP rates oils and petroleum products as excellent and gives a maximum temperature of 90 °C. Acids are rated poor and organic solvents are not recommended.

Selecting the right option
This range covers 1-1/2 in and 2 in only. For other Table E sizes in oil-resistant duties, contact AIMS. Use a different material for solvents, because AAP does not recommend NBR for organic solvents. AAP's catalogue does not give a pressure rating for this gasket, and the joint rating is set by the flanges, so check your design pressure with AIMS if you are unsure.
