BECO BJ8U PTFE Lined Spherical Plain Bearing Open

BECO maintenance-free radial spherical plain bushings — spherical plain bearings — carry heavy radial load while letting the shaft sit out of square, which is the job a rolling bearing cannot do.
The outer ring carries a PTFE sliding layer running against a hard chromium plated inner ring, so the joint runs dry. No grease point, no relubrication schedule. That suits fixed-direction loads and any position where oil or grease is unwanted, or simply cannot be reached.
Supplied open — with no grease to retain, the PTFE liner needs no seals.
