Start with the coupling size. The sizes in the table are camlock coupling sizes in mm, and each gasket part number is built from the size code (for example 100-G for 25 mm). Then check the material against the media you will handle, because the gasket is the part in contact with the product. Dixon notes that other manufacturers use different colour-code systems, so its colour chart should not be used to identify gaskets of unknown origin (manufacturer-stated). Ethylene propylene is not a general substitute for Buna-N or FKM, so confirm the media with the material before you swap one for the other.
