ID, bend radius and weight are the CODEFRAC figures printed in Dixon's Composite Hose & Fittings catalogue for 101.6, 152.4 and 203.2 mm. The 5 m and 40 m lengths are store options; the catalogue gives no pack length for the CODEFRAC part numbers.
Selecting the right option
Choose the size from your pump and coupling bore, then check the bend radius, because the 200 mm hose needs an 800 mm bend radius. Composite hose uses spiral (scroll tail) camlock fittings and ferrules to match the wire pitch, and Dixon lists a scroll tail series for this purpose (manufacturer-stated). Confirm the media and temperature with Dixon for chemicals other than hydrocarbons, and check the EN 13765 type against your application.
