This is the cover for the KCP KW10 Type flex coupling, in sizes 5 to 60. It fits over the element between the two hubs and is held with two cover fasteners at 180 degrees. The cover is nylon for sizes 5 to 50 and steel for size 60.
Cover fastener size and Allen wrench size depend on the coupling size, from M4 fasteners with an M2.5 wrench on size 5 up to M10 fasteners with an M6 wrench on size 60. The full table is on this page.

Selecting the right option
Choose the size whose torque rating covers the design torque of the drive, including a service factor suited to the application, then check that the shaft diameters fall within the bore range for that size and that the allowable speed is not exceeded.
The element, both hubs and the cover must all be the same size. A complete coupling uses two hubs, one element and one cover, and each part is listed separately on the AIMS site: KW10 flex coupling element and KW10 flex coupling hub.
