This is the flexible element for the KCP KW10 Type flex coupling, in sizes 5 to 60. The element sits between the two hubs and carries the drive from one hub to the other. The element is polyurethane.
The element is sold on its own, so it can be replaced without buying new hubs or a new cover. A complete coupling uses two hubs, one element and one cover.

Selecting the right option
Choose the size whose torque rating covers the design torque of the drive, including a service factor suited to the application, then check that the shaft diameters fall within the bore range for that size and that the allowable speed is not exceeded.
The element, both hubs and the cover must all be the same size. A complete coupling uses two hubs, one element and one cover, and each part is listed separately on the AIMS site: KW10 flex coupling hub and KW10 flex coupling cover.
