Loctite SF 7387 Activator

The Loctite SF 7387 Activator (formerly Loctite 7387) is a transparent, yellow-to-amber activator that starts the cure of Loctite toughened acrylic adhesives such as AA 330 and AA 324. It is a very thin, solvent-carried liquid that you brush onto one bond face, and a treated surface stays active for up to 2 hours, which suits pre-treating parts on a production line. Paired with AA 330 on grit-blasted steel, it brings fixture time down to 4 minutes or less. This is the 100 ml bottle.
Brush it on one face (or both for gaps over 0.4 mm or the fastest cure), let the solvent flash off for 1 to 5 minutes, and once the adhesive meets the activated face, close the joint within 15 seconds. It is highly flammable, so use it with good ventilation, test it on plastics and coatings first, and never mix it with the adhesive as liquids. Consult the Safety Data Sheet before use.
