Mackay M148001 Double Shear V-Shaped Marine Mount, Duro 40, 40 kg Load

The Mackay V-shaped marine mount works the elastomer in shear and compression. It is made from two metal parts: it installs with a screw at the top and two holes for securing it to the chassis (manufacturer-stated).

Mackay says the V-shaped design gives major deflection at low loads, so the natural frequency is low, which suits engines that normally idle (manufacturer-stated). It is listed in four Duro hardnesses, 40 to 70, for loads of 40 to 150 kg at 5 to 6 mm static deflection.
