Mackay M10KITMER1 Multicushion Kit - Stock Module (Small & Medium) 55 Duro

The Mackay Multicushion kit Stock Module, part number M10KITMER1, combines the small and medium kits in one: 32 Multicushion isolators, four each of eight part numbers from 16 x 20 mm to 40 x 40 mm, all Duro 55, with 32 M6M6 studs and 32 M8M8 studs.

Mackay says Multicushion isolators are made from high-grade natural rubber with passivated metal surfaces, that the studs are easily inserted with a screwdriver and that the microBOND fastener adhesive system provides secure thread locking (manufacturer-stated).

The four smaller cushions (M10162055, M10202555, M10252055, M10253055) have an M6 thread and the four larger ones (M10303055, M10304055, M10403055, M10404055) have an M8 thread. The kit lists 32 M6M6 studs and 32 M8M8 studs. The Max Load Kg printed on the kit page runs from 42.5 kg to 148 kg; for M10253055 the kit page prints 98 kg but the cushion table prints 75 kg (Mackay catalogue pages differ).

The kit page prints four of each cushion and the stud counts. Dimensions are in millimetres: A is the diameter and B is the height; the thread size comes from the Mackay cushion table. Mackay prints all properties as nominal and asks you to contact them for technical advice. For M10253055 the kit page prints 98 kg while the cushion table in the same catalogue prints 75 kg, so both are shown.

Selecting the right option

Use the Stock Module when you want the whole small and medium range on hand. Pick the cushion for each mounting point by its load: the Max Load Kg for each part number is in the table, and because the figures are nominal you should contact Mackay for critical loads.
