The Sutton M3041584 (M304 1584) is a bevel tool bit in M35 cobalt high speed steel (CoHSS), 5/8" (15.88 mm) size, 5" (127 mm) long and 3/32" (2.38 mm) wide, with a bright finish.
The bevel geometry is ground to a narrow width for turning and machining. The M35 cobalt grade is designed to give higher heat resistance than plain HSS, and the bit is used on a lathe or similar machine in a tool holder.
