Loctite 515 Master Gasket Flexible Sealant

Flexible form-in-place gasket that moves with minor flange movement on rigid metal faces. Fills flange gaps up to 0.25 mm and resists low pressures straight after assembly. AGA approved for gas in Australia — Class II, 500 kPa, -10°C to +150°C. Loctite 515 is a purple anaerobic flange sealant for pumps, thermostats, compressors, transmission housings and axle covers. It fixtures in about 30 minutes and fluoresces under UV for inspection. Tighten flanges as soon as possible after assembly to avoid shimming.
