Ninja RAZR NFT CA3 Gloves, Small (NIMAXIMC5BL000S)
Available
The Ninja RAZR NFT CA3 glove is a lightweight cut resistant glove with a high performance composite liner and a black NFT (New Foam Technology) coat on the palm and knuckle. Ninja's data sheet says the coat gives grip in oily, dry and wet conditions, the thumb and forefinger are reinforced for longer glove life, and the coat lets air through for breathability (manufacturer-stated). The liner is HPPE, glass, nylon and spandex in white and blue melange.
Ninja gives EN 388:2016 4X42C, which is abrasion 4, blade cut not tested, tear 4 and puncture 2, with a cut result of C (manufacturer-stated). Ninja also gives EN 407:2004 X1XXXX (manufacturer-stated). The EN 407 result (manufacturer-stated) is read in the order burning behaviour, contact heat, convective heat, radiant heat, small molten metal splash and large molten metal splash. An X means that test was not done, so the glove has no rating for it. Contact heat level 1 is the lowest level, so this is not a heat resistant glove. Ninja lists applications as mining, construction and infrastructure, automotive, manufacturing and goods handling, and product inspection, assembly and maintenance (manufacturer-stated). The EN 388:2016 result (manufacturer-stated) is read in the order abrasion, blade cut, tear, puncture and then a cut letter from A to F. A higher number or letter is a higher level, a 0 means level 1 was not reached, and an X means that test was not done. A P at the end means the impact test was passed. Match the glove to your risk assessment, check the fit, and replace gloves that are worn, torn or contaminated. The ratings are test results on the glove material and do not describe every hazard on your site.
This listing carries small to 2X-large. Beaver packs the glove 12 pairs to a pack and 144 pairs to a carton (manufacturer-stated).

Selecting the right option
Choose the CA3 for cut risk in general industrial work where grip and dexterity matter. For a lower cut result see the Maxim Cut 3 glove, and for higher results see the RAZR Diamond 5 glove and Slash-Tec FA6 glove.
