Beaver 415V Three Phase Electric Pull-Lift Winch, 1000 kg, 58 m Pull (BPL3100)
Available
The Beaver 415V three phase electric winch runs on 415 volt, 50 Hz three phase power and has a 24 volt IP65 pendant control with an emergency stop (manufacturer-stated). This listing carries the 1000 kg rated capacity, code BPL3100, with a 58 m effective pull height and 60 m of wire rope specified (manufacturer-stated).
Beaver describes the range as robust construction suitable for building sites, slipways and industrial use (manufacturer-stated). Beaver also lists a 500 kg (BPL3050) and a 2200 kg (BPL3220) three phase winch, which AIMS does not carry.
Beaver's website states the three phase winches comply with AS 1418.2 (manufacturer-stated); its manual does not give a standard. Beaver does not publish the load at which the overload clutch operates. Beaver calls these Pull Lift winches and gives a single rated capacity for each code. It does not say whether that figure applies to both pulling and lifting, and publishes no separate lifting rating, so ask AIMS or Beaver before using one to lift or suspend a load. Lifting equipment must be used within its marked working load limit (WLL), inspected before each use, and selected and used in line with your site lifting procedure and the relevant Australian Standards. If you are unsure what suits your lift, contact AIMS or a qualified rigger before ordering.

Codes, capacities, speeds, motor power, wire rope and weights are from Beaver's Materials Handling Technical Manual (Vol. 4) and data sheet. Beaver prints the wire rope length in millimetres; it is read as metres, which matches the effective pull height, and Beaver's website repeats the same mm heading. Beaver lists motor power in horsepower only, and the kilowatt figure is AIMS's conversion. Beaver prints speed as a range. Beaver does not define dimension letters B to F, which are in millimetres.
Selecting the right option
Choose the voltage to match the power supply on site, then the rated capacity to suit the load, allowing for friction and any rigging. The duty rating is 25% ED, so check it against how often you will run the winch, and check the effective pull height against the distance you need. If you are unsure, ask AIMS or a qualified rigger.
