CRC ADOS Multi-Purpose Spray Adhesive 661ml Aerosol 15% Bonus Can
Available
CRC ADOS Multi-Purpose Spray Adhesive is a solvent-based, pressure-sensitive one-way spray adhesive, supplied here in a 15% bonus can: 431g / 661ml in place of the standard 575ml. CRC's data sheet describes a white foam that dries clear, with low soak and fast tack-off.
It remains repositionable for 1-2 minutes from first contact. Once positioned it bonds within 10-20 minutes and takes 24 hours to cure fully. CRC says not to use it where heat-resistant or immersed-in-water bonds are required. The SDS classifies it as an extremely flammable aerosol. Bonus cans are available while stocks last.

It is a repositionable adhesive for light bonding up to 40°C. Using it
CRC's directions: surfaces must be clean and dry. Shake the can, then spray from 20-25cm with a smooth sweeping action, applying a light coat only.
Non-porous surfaces: apply to one surface, allow to tack off for 1 minute (maximum 4 minutes), then press together firmly. Porous surfaces: apply to both surfaces, allow to tack off for 1 minute (maximum 4 minutes), then press together. Some porous surfaces need a sealing pre-coat.
Test in a typical bonding situation before coating the full area. After use, hold the can upside down and spray briefly to clear the nozzle.
Storage and handling
CRC says to store indoors at a temperature between 5°C and 20°C. Do not puncture, incinerate or store above 50°C.
Limits and safety
Classified on the SDS as an extremely flammable aerosol. Signal word Danger. H222: extremely flammable aerosol. H229: pressurised container, may burst if heated. H319: causes serious eye irritation. Transport: UN 1950, aerosols, Class 2.1. CRC's product page says not to use it where heat-resistant or immersed-in-water bonds are required; the data sheet gives a temperature range of up to 40°C. Read the safety data sheet before use.
