|---|---|
| Belt Section | CC |
| Series | Hi-Power II Dubl-V — double-sided classical-section V-belt for serpentine/reverse-bend drives |
| Construction | Double-sided (Dubl-V) profile — a recessed top and bottom V so power is transmitted from both faces, for serpentine and reverse-bend drives; fibre-loaded rubber compound; Flex-Bonded polyester tensile cords; Flex-Weave® fabric cover; static conductive (ISO 1813 & RMA IP3-3) |
| Nominal Dimensions (Width x Height) | 22 x 17 mm |
| Temperature Range | -35°C to +60°C |

Selecting the right option
Select by belt section first, then by pitch length. Classical sections run A, B, C, D, E (or Z in metric) — cross-reference to the metric ISO equivalent (13A, 17A, 22A) where needed. Narrow sections (3V/SPA, 5V/SPB, 8V/SPC) carry more power in the same envelope. The XP series (XPZ/XPA/XPB/XPC) are notched versions for improved flex efficiency. Gates PowerBand banded belts join multiple strands — specify these for long centre distances, vertical drives or where belt whip is an issue. Looking for an automotive serpentine belt? Automotive Micro-V drives use the K section — see our automotive Micro-V range and match by OE reference or by rib count and pitch length. When in doubt, call AIMS — power transmission is our specialty and we'll confirm the right cross-reference.
