Loctite 37783 is a silver, non-curing anti-seize lubricant in stick form (Henkel designation Loctite LB 8060). It has a naphthenic oil base and is a heavy-duty, high-temperature anti-seize thread lubricant.
Henkel lists it for fine threads, snug slip fits and closely mated parts, including boiler and oven parts, jet engines and industrial turbines. It is typically used in applications up to 870 °C.

Do not return used product to the container.
Henkel notes the product helps develop greater and more uniform clamp load for the same applied torque. Use the K value of 0.18 (3/8 x 16 steel nuts and bolts) as a guide when setting torque, and check it for your own fasteners.
Storage and handling
Store unopened and dry at 8 °C to 21 °C. Storage below 8 °C or above 28 °C can adversely affect product properties.
Limits and safety
Not a high-speed load-carrying lubricant, and not for ball or roller bearings or parts where lubrication is critical. Not recommended for pure oxygen or oxygen-rich systems, or for chlorine or other strong oxidising materials. Read the safety data sheet before use.
