Loctite 406 Prism Surface Insensitive Instant Adhesive

Fixtures in under 5 seconds on most plastics and rubbers, including EPDM. Very low viscosity wicks into tight joints for an ultra-thin bond line. Bonds PP, PE and PTFE when used with Loctite SF 770 primer. Loctite 406 is an instant adhesive for plastics and elastomers where very fast fixturing is needed, with gaps up to 0.12 mm. It cures most reliably at 40% to 60% relative humidity — higher humidity speeds the cure but can reduce final strength. Store unopened product refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C.
