Mackay M11040 Light Duty Flange Isolator M110, Duro 40, 25 to 40 kg

The Mackay M110 is the smaller of Mackay's two light duty flange isolators: a base 76 mm long, a body 48 mm wide and a height of 22 mm, weighing 0.1 kg. Mackay says the telescopic metal inserts provide considerable stability in all directions, and that its upper metal insert is tapped to receive standard bolts or set screws (manufacturer-stated).

Selecting the right option

Choose by load first. Each part number has its own compression load range and its own Duro. The chart prints the Duro 60 range (M11060) from 31 kg, which is below the start of the Duro 50 range (M11050, 40 to 55 kg), so if your load falls between 31 and 55 kg compare the deflections for both and confirm with Mackay. Then check the base against your supporting steelwork: two 8.7 mm holes, 60.3 mm apart, 76 mm overall length, and the 7/16 inch - 20 UNF thread for the fixing into the top.
