Dixon's catalogue lists each reducing tee by run and branch, for example 100 x 50; the store names it with the run twice, for example 100 x 100 x 50 mm. Dixon also lists a 100 x 80 and a 200 x 150 reducing tee (the 100 x 80 is FWG-TEE-114-88, which is in this product; the 200 x 150 is FWG-TEE-219-165, which is not).
Selecting the right option
Name the run size first and the branch size second. A 150 x 100 tee has a 150 NB run and a 100 NB branch. Confirm the pipe OD of the run and the branch, because the 150 NB size is also made in a 168.3 mm OD in other Dixon grooved ranges. Each of the three ends needs a grooved coupling and gasket.
