This range is manufactured from PM-HSSE V3 for enhanced heat resistance and longer tool life when machining harder steels, stainless grades and tough alloys. The Blu surface treatment reduces friction, improves chip evacuation and extends service life compared with uncoated tools — particularly valuable in harder or abrasive materials. Select the correct G (BSPF) thread form and size to match your fastener specification. Verify thread tolerance class 6H meets your assembly requirements. Maximum cutting depth is rated at 3xD — keep within this limit to maintain hole quality and avoid overloading the tool.
