Flanges

AIMS Industrial stocks AAP flanges for pipework connections across industrial, mining, water treatment and process plant applications. The collection covers multiple flange types, materials and pressure standards to suit a broad range of pipeline specifications.

Flange Types Available

The range includes blind flanges, slip-on flanges (plate and forged), weld neck flanges, screwed and threaded flanges (BSP and NPT), socket weld flanges, plate flat face flanges and raised face (RF) flanges. Dixon roll grooved flange adaptors are also available for grooved pipe systems.

Materials

Available in carbon steel (plain and galvanised) and stainless steel 316/316L for corrosive environments, food processing and chemical applications.

Pressure Standards

Flanges are available to Australian Standard AS 2129 Table-E, Table-D and Table-H, ANSI B16.5 Class 150 (C150) and Class 300 (C300), and PN series (PN16, PN21) to match a wide range of pipeline pressure ratings.
